EY is seeking a MENA Business Sustainability Senior Associate to join its Business Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility function in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving environmental sustainability initiatives across the MENA region in alignment with EY’s global strategy.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Ripples team to execute key programs, build strategic relationships, and embed sustainability into EY’s business operations. This position plays a crucial part in enhancing EY’s commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support environmental sustainability programs across the MENA region.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align local initiatives with global sustainability goals.

• Engage stakeholders (internal and external) to facilitate the execution of sustainability strategies.

• Conduct market and trend analysis to offer actionable insights and recommendations.

• Integrate sustainability practices into EY’s operational and strategic framework.

• Coordinate internal communications and awareness campaigns for sustainability initiatives.

• Track and report program performance to leadership and stakeholders.

• Represent EY at sustainability forums, events, and industry conferences.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sustainability or corporate responsibility.

• Strong understanding of sustainability practices, particularly in the MENA region.

• Proven track record in executing sustainability projects and cross-functional initiatives.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong research, analytical, and project management abilities.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.

• Passion for environmental issues and innovative problem-solving.

• Experience in multi-project management and sustainability strategy development.
