Mace, a global leader in project management and consultancy, is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you’ll manage procurement strategies, lead a team of category leads, and engage with internal/external stakeholders to drive excellence and achieve organizational goals.

The successful candidate will oversee category management, develop strategies, and ensure that procurement activities align with the company’s values of safety, integrity, and client focus. You will also take responsibility for managing relationships, coaching talent, and supporting Mace’s commitment to a net-zero carbon transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of category leads and stakeholders at various levels.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to deliver goals and objectives.

• Maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure smooth procurement processes.

• Provide leadership, performance management, and talent development for team members.

• Monitor procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of projects within scope.

• Collaborate on the net-zero carbon transition, managing associated emissions and reductions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates (essential for client approval)

• Proven leadership experience in procurement and strategy roll-out

• GCSE (or equivalent), A level (or equivalent), Degree (or equivalent)
