Orascom Development is seeking a Transformation Senior Director to join its leadership team in Dubai. This full-time hybrid role is ideal for a seasoned transformation professional with strong business acumen, project management expertise, and a consulting background. Working closely with the Chief of Transformation, the successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives, drive business improvement, and ensure the successful execution of the company’s transformation roadmap across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Orascom Development Holding’s (ODH) transformation strategy

• Design and execute practical, results-driven solutions aligned with business objectives

• Manage all aspects of project governance, planning, milestone tracking, and financial forecasting

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making and business development

• Ensure stakeholder alignment and secure buy-in from Chief Officers and department heads

• Oversee transformation team operations, including PMO activities, KPI reporting, and risk analysis

• Maintain a structured change management framework and conduct lessons-learned reviews

• Regularly report progress, risks, and outcomes to the Group Chief of Staff and Group CEO

Qualifications & Experience:

• Advanced business degree (MBA, EMBA, or Master’s in Finance) from a top-tier American or European business school preferred

• 10–15 years of experience in dynamic, high-performance organizations

• Minimum of 5 years with a top-tier management consulting firm (Tier 1 or Tier 2)
