We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Real Estate Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will help clients navigate the real estate leasing process by understanding their financial capabilities and offering tailored property solutions. You will use your market knowledge to guide negotiations and ensure that clients receive fair, informed advice throughout the transaction.

As a Real Estate Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include conducting market analysis, negotiating lease terms, and providing ongoing support to ensure that clients’ needs are met. Your goal is to deliver outstanding service, drive successful lease agreements, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ needs and financial abilities to offer suitable property leasing solutions.

• Conduct negotiations during the leasing process, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and terms.

• Utilize market research and analysis to set competitive and fair pricing for properties.

• Advise clients on available property options based on their budget and preferences.

• Provide continuous support, ensuring transparent communication and helping clients navigate the leasing process smoothly.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–6 years of experience in real estate consulting, leasing, or a related field.

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients confidently.

• Up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and best practices.
