Job Title: Project Engineer

Hyssna Intl Interiors Design LLC is urgently hiring a Project Engineer with strong fit-out project management experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in managing interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage technical work schedules and ensure projects meet deadlines.

• Supervise on-site fit-out teams, ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld.

• Assist in the preparation of submissions including:

  • Drawing plans and technical designs

  • Estimating material and labor costs

  • Work permits and authority approvals

  • Technical documentation and close-out reports

• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and internal quality assurance protocols.

• Coordinate and communicate project status, timelines, and updates to stakeholders.

• Lead project meetings, delegate tasks, and coordinate with various contractors and consultants.

• Provide technical recommendations for project improvements and design enhancements.

• Ensure job sites are organized, materials are available, and all engineering tasks are executed effectively.

• Compile regular progress reports and presentations for clients and internal teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field (required).

• 2–5 years of proven UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.

• Engineering license and valid UAE driver’s license are a plus.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and design standards.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and preparing schedules and estimates.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Salary Package:

• Starting from AED 4,000 and above (commensurate with experience)

• Government-mandated benefits provided

• Full-time position based in UAE
