Easy Outsource is hiring a Director of Strategic Sales to join their remote team. This full-time role focuses on customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative outbound lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales leader with expertise in using sales automation tools and executing multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute outbound lead generation campaigns using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SmartLeads, and Instantly.

  • Craft and optimize high-converting email outreach sequences.

  • Develop growth strategies that align outbound sales with inbound marketing.

  • Manage and qualify leads through the sales funnel while maintaining CRM accuracy.

  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., open rates, conversion rates) to improve campaign results.

  • Identify automation opportunities using tools like Zapier, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.

  • Continuously refine strategies based on data and feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proven experience in outbound lead generation or sales development.

  • Proficiency in Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SmartLeads, Instantly, and other lead generation tools.

  • Ability to create and test engaging email campaigns.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Understanding of inbound and outbound marketing integration.

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.

  • Background in social media prospecting and lead nurturing.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in growth hacking and creative marketing strategies.

  • A/B testing and multi-channel campaign optimization experience.
