Core Club is seeking an elite Real Estate Agent to join its premier community of top-tier brokers in Dubai. The role offers full-time hybrid work, where agents are responsible for customer service, sales, and property management. Successful candidates should have a proven track record, a minimum of 500,000 AED annual closings, and the ability to generate their own leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage real property and provide excellent customer service to clients.

  • Conduct sales and oversee property transactions from start to finish.

  • Generate and nurture leads independently.

  • Collaborate with fellow top brokers within the community for mutual success.

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with local real estate laws.

Candidate Profile:

  • Real Estate License (RERA Card required or must meet verification standards).

  • Minimum 500,000 AED in annual closing volume or 12 deals per year.

  • Proven ability to generate personal leads and manage sales processes.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
