Starcom Middle East is looking for a Senior Executive – Media to lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels for one of its top clients in the region. This hybrid role involves developing media plans, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring optimal media spend. Candidates should bring expertise in media planning, digital tools, and strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a team while driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement media strategies and plans for clients, including analyzing market data and selecting media channels.

• Manage client relationships, ensuring communication is clear and expectations are met.

• Lead media planning execution, including proposal evaluation, financial management, and vendor negotiations.

• Analyze performance data to provide strategic recommendations for campaign optimization.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design integrated media solutions.

• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and developing media plans and reports.

Candidate Profile:

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.

• 5-7 years of media planning experience (online & offline), including team leadership.

• Expertise in using media planning and buying tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns.

• Digital certifications in major platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to develop actionable insights from data.
