TAQA Distribution is hiring a Lead, Supply Chain Systems for their team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role will focus on designing, implementing, and improving the supply chain technology infrastructure. The position will ensure system integration, enhance performance, and optimize processes to support the company’s growth and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and management of supply chain systems aligned with business objectives.

• Integrate supply chain systems with other business functions to improve data accuracy and process automation.

• Lead system improvement initiatives to enhance workflows and performance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and ensure project success.

• Manage system performance metrics and ensure uptime and reliability.

• Conduct audits of supply chain systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

• Monitor trends in supply chain technology and recommend new tools for efficiency.

• Lead training initiatives to ensure staff proficiency in using supply chain systems.

• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met.

• Ensure proper documentation of systems and processes.

HSE, Security, and Risk Protocols:

• Adhere to company’s HSE, Security, and Risk Management rules.

• Ensure safety and security of self and others in the workplace.

• Report hazards or risks and follow HSE protocols in case of incidents.

Requirements:
