Four Seasons is looking for a Manager, PMS Operations EMEA to oversee and support the implementation of brand standards for Property Management Systems (PMS) across the EMEA region. The role requires a strong understanding of hotel operations and PMS systems, with a focus on standardizing processes, managing regional system requirements, and supporting system enhancements. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work from the Dubai Corporate Office with 3 days in-office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive standardization of PMS processes in rooms operations and reporting.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for EMEA properties on PMS matters.

• Assist in the implementation of PMS enhancements and configuration to meet regional business needs.

• Lead pre-opening staging, setup, and training for new properties.

• Maintain relationships with regional stakeholders including Rooms Council and regional office teams.

• Communicate system changes, new versions, upgrades, and functionality issues to all stakeholders.

• Identify and prioritize operational helpdesk requests to improve PMS standards and best practices.

• Manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations (preferably rooms).

• Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-starter with excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Strong decision-making skills and business acumen.
