Black Box is seeking an Account Manager GSI to drive revenue growth and bring in new business from prospects and current customers in Dubai. The Account Manager will work in a consultative sales role, helping clients by aligning their needs with Black Box solutions and driving sales across the full portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and respond to objections effectively.

  • Align client business objectives with Black Box offerings.

  • Negotiate and close sales campaigns, expanding customer base.

  • Provide industry expertise and best practices to customers.

  • Retain and expand current customer base through cross/up-sell opportunities.

  • Sell a broad range of products across various industries.

  • Assist customers in maximizing their return on investment with Black Box.

  • Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to refine goals and strategies.

  • Generate leads through prospecting and networking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years in a business-to-business sales environment with a track record of success.

  • Solution selling experience in IT services is a plus.

  • Excellent objection handling and negotiation skills.

  • Strong collaboration, time-management, and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective communication skills with internal stakeholders.
