Country Sales Manager – UAE

NTT DATA, a global leader in business and technology services, is hiring a Country Sales Manager for the UAE region. This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in driving business outcomes, managing sales teams, and cultivating client relationships in the technology sector. The role involves managing a team of sales professionals, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach a team of sales specialists and client managers to achieve sales targets.

  • Allocate territories, enforce sales procedures, and implement sales leadership strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align local and global sales objectives.

  • Support sales teams in market engagement, strategic planning, and pipeline management.

  • Participate in key client meetings and advocate for NTT DATA’s services and solutions.

  • Plan and prioritize sales activities, streamline processes, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Mentor the sales team in areas such as client engagement, forecasting, and opportunity qualification.

  • Utilize sales tools (e.g., CRM) for account and pipeline management.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong business and sales acumen with focus on business outcomes.

  • In-depth understanding of client engagement throughout the sales lifecycle.

  • Expertise in solution selling, linking services to client needs.

  • Capability to optimize internal resources and coordinate sales pursuits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the UAE, with vendor and client network.

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and planning.

  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving strategic outcomes.

  • Experience in negotiating high-impact deals and GTM execution.
