Pearson is seeking a Regional Development Manager for their Qualifications team in the Gulf region. This hybrid, full-time role will focus on supporting schools across the Gulf, growing Pearson Edexcel’s presence, and providing high-quality support. The role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and formulating strategic plans to enhance Pearson’s impact in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with assigned schools across the Gulf region

Support the growth of Pearson Edexcel’s presence in schools and offer exceptional customer support

Formulate and execute strategic and operational plans based on market trends and customer demands

Use management tools to analyze business-critical data and generate forecasts for assigned accounts

Act as an ambassador for Pearson in the Gulf region, building strong relationships with educational stakeholders

Solve customer problems and provide solutions to help them progress
Required Qualifications:

Degree-level education or equivalent
-
Fluent in English with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Essential teaching experience, preferably in an international context

Desirable: Experience in business development and knowledge of modern foreign languages

Strong command of educational trends in the Gulf region
