Xpress Automation is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive the company’s technology vision and strategy. The CTO will lead teams across product management, frontend and backend development, quality assurance, UI/UX design, IT, DevOps, and security to create scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS platforms. The role requires extensive experience in SaaS architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and leadership in technology innovation within insurance and fintech industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including product management, development, QA, UI/UX, IT, DevOps, and security.

• Oversee the design and implementation of SaaS platforms ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

• Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with market and customer needs.

• Work with the Head of IT, DevOps & Security to ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and leverage innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

• Drive best practices in software development, quality assurance, and DevOps for efficient product delivery.

• Manage technology budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in SaaS companies.

• Deep understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and modern software development practices.

• Experience in leading teams developing solutions for automotive and insurance industries is a plus.

• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ability to align technology with business goals.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
