Allocation Assist Middle East is looking for a dedicated ICU Specialist to join their growing team in Abu Dhabi. As an ICU Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patients, administering treatments, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, while also offering emotional support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement care plans for critically ill ICU patients.

• Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic tests.

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.

• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatment options.

• Assist in emergency and resuscitation procedures when required.

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience.

• Valid nursing license in Abu Dhabi.

• Advanced knowledge of critical care nursing and life support techniques.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure and emergency situations.

• Compassionate and empathetic toward patients and their families.

• Flexible to work shifts and be on-call as required.

• Western-trained or educated candidates are preferred.
