Cisco Business Development Manager

The Cisco Business Development Manager at Lenovo will be responsible for developing and executing regional business development plans aligned with Lenovo Cisco Solutions. This role includes market analysis, sales efforts, relationship building with key stakeholders, and providing strategic guidance to clients on Lenovo Cisco products. The manager will focus on generating leads, growing regional market share, and achieving KPIs related to sales and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Business Development: Develop and implement a business plan for Lenovo Cisco Solutions, identifying target industries, accounts, and opportunities.

  • Sales & Lead Generation: Lead regional sales efforts, including pipeline development and campaign execution. Utilize joint marketing resources and customer insights.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Lenovo, Cisco, and regional channel partners.

  • Product Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Lenovo Cisco products and provide technical and strategic guidance to clients.

  • Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for internal and partner sales teams to enhance solution knowledge.

  • Performance Metrics: Achieve KPIs for growth, including revenue targets, market share, and customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Experience: 7 years in a sales or business development role within the technology industry, ideally in networking, data center, or cloud infrastructure.

  • Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent is advantageous.

  • Skills: Deep understanding of networking, security, cloud, and data center technologies.
