This on-site contract role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales of airline tickets and travel-related services through multiple channels including retail, phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier travel services and support to clients across retail, government, and corporate sectors.

• Sell airline tickets and upsell auxiliary products such as tours, excursions, and insurance.

• Offer accurate travel-related information including visa, health, and check-in requirements.

• Proactively handle travel queries, amendments, disruptions, and bookings.

• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide consistent, friendly service.

• Resolve issues effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Participate in crisis incident response for events affecting travel plans.

• Use various communication tools including phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and app chat for real-time customer support.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as airlines, DMCs, and hotels.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, reservations, ticketing, travel, or customer service.

• Completion of secondary schooling (12 Years Schooling or Equivalent).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in handling a fast-paced, performance-driven work environment.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting work requirements.

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
