Job Title: Senior Account Executive 

Job Description:

Rapid7 is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive cybersecurity solution sales across Abu Dhabi and select regions in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a target-driven, relationship-focused sales professional with a strong understanding of Public Sector, BFSI, Healthcare, Utilities, and Telecom accounts in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling complex, multi-product cybersecurity platforms, including solutions like Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, XDR (SIEM, SOAR, EDR), and Managed Security Services.

You must currently reside in Abu Dhabi and bring solid experience with key accounts, government clients, and channel partners across the UAE and KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle for accounts in Abu Dhabi and select KSA territories, from prospecting to closing.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the Public Sector, BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, and Utilities verticals.

  • Drive new customer acquisition and manage upsell opportunities to grow regional revenue.

  • Work closely with Channel Managers and partners to deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs.

  • Sell across the Rapid7 cybersecurity portfolio, including cloud, XDR, and exposure management solutions.

  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain updated pipeline reports via Salesforce and Excel.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through proactive lead generation, strategic client engagement, and solution-oriented sales.

  • Provide regular sales updates, performance tracking, and strategic input to internal teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of full-cycle enterprise software or cybersecurity solution sales.

  • Proven success in the Abu Dhabi market, specifically with Public Sector, BFSI, Healthcare, Utilities, and Telecom accounts.

  • Solid knowledge of local government procurement processes and decision-making frameworks.

  • Strong familiarity with channel partner ecosystems in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and KSA.

  • Demonstrated ability to sell to complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience with Exposure Management and XDR technologies is a major advantage.

  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • A collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset and consultative sales approach.
