Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), a pioneering government initiative shaping the future of Dubai, is hiring an Office Manager to support the administrative operations of Sandbox Dubai—a regulatory innovation initiative focused on AI, Health Tech, Green Tech, and Real Estate Tech. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, supporting leadership, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for smooth execution of events, programs, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative, organizational, and scheduling tasks for Sandbox Dubai.

  • Support the Director with leadership updates and internal coordination.

  • Assist the Head of Operations with budget management, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.

  • Organize event logistics including vendor coordination, catering, and venue setup.

  • Maintain an updated calendar for all internal and external Sandbox Dubai engagements.

  • Handle communications and queries via email and telephone.

  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and executive assistants to ensure seamless operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or similar roles.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Proactive, organized, adaptable, and excellent at problem-solving.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and managing databases.

  • Experience in budgeting and expense tracking.

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
