Dr. Vital Global Groups is seeking an experienced Center Medical Director to oversee the medical operations at their centers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing clinical leadership, managing patient care, collaborating with physicians, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and developing medical policies to enhance patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical operations and provide clinical leadership at the center.

• Manage patient care and collaborate with physicians to ensure effective treatment.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.

• Develop and implement medical policies and protocols to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

• Assist in marketing and event management activities related to the healthcare center.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with physicians and leading medical teams.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.

• Ability to work on-site in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

• Board certification in relevant medical fields is a plus.

• Master’s degree or higher in Medicine or a related field.
