AMS International UAE is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring program outcomes align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and execution skills, with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs across multiple workstreams.

• Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with strategic goals.

• Oversee program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage expectations at all levels.

• Provide transparent program updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Establish governance frameworks, program controls, and reporting standards.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies proactively.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and external regulations.

• Coordinate and lead program teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 10+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role.

• Proven success in managing complex, enterprise-wide programs across multiple departments or regions.

• Strong experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.

• Proficiency with program/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).

• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly desirable.
