We are looking for a VIP Guest Relations Manager to join a newly launched, upscale cocktail bar operated by a renowned F&B group in one of Dubai’s most prestigious destinations. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

• Leverage your existing network of VIPs, influencers, and high-net-worth individuals to invite and host premium clientele.

• Maintain and cultivate long-term relationships with key guests to drive loyalty and repeat business.

• Coordinate guest bookings, manage reservations, and handle special requests with precision and care.

• Work closely with the operations and service team to ensure an exceptional atmosphere and service standards.

Qualifications:

• Open to Arabic nationals

• Male candidates aged between 23 to 45 years

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or nightlife industry

• Must have an active personal database of VIP clients and influencers

• Excellent communication, hosting, and interpersonal skills.
