As a Microsoft Co-Pilot Business Consultant, you will partner with clients to assess business challenges and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Co-Pilot and Microsoft 365 tools. You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding businesses through digital transformation and delivering measurable improvements across workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to identify business needs and opportunities to deploy Microsoft Co-Pilot solutions.

• Analyze and optimize current workflows using AI-driven capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Lead client workshops, interviews, and assessments to gather and define requirements.

• Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to illustrate the value of Co-Pilot solutions.

• Guide clients through implementation, adoption strategies, and change management processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful design and execution of tailored AI solutions.

• Track solution performance, gather client feedback, and continuously enhance implementations.

• Provide strategic advice on AI integration and business process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise technology projects.

• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Co-Pilot features and use cases.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Proven experience leading workshops and change management initiatives.

• Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Co-Pilot, or related technologies (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience implementing AI-driven business solutions.
