SAS, a global leader in data and AI solutions, is offering a Human Resources Internship at their Dubai office. This full-time hybrid internship runs from May 5th to December 31st, with a possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities:

Support HR transactions and data entry for hiring, transfers, salary updates, and terminations.

Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS with confidentiality and data privacy.

Assist in preparing employment documents such as contracts and visa letters.

Collaborate with Finance on HR-related POs and tasks.

Use tools like WORKDAY, Excel, and other systems to generate HR reports.

Address general HR inquiries and escalate issues appropriately.

Contribute to special HR projects and administrative initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:

Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or a related field.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Passionate, accountable, and curious with an interest in HR.

Basic knowledge of UAE Labor Law is a plus.

Ability to work independently and within a team.
