Givaudan, a global leader in the fragrance and flavor industry, is seeking a Perfumery Laboratory Assistant for a temporary, full-time position based in Dubai Media City. The role involves supporting Perfumers with daily lab operations, compounding fragrances, and ensuring efficient, organized processes aligned with EH&S standards. You’ll be part of a passionate and creative team that’s shaping scent experiences across the SAMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the complete fragrance compounding process accurately and efficiently.

• Carry out sampling procedures effectively and cost-consciously.

• Remove and dispose of expired raw materials and verify material quality.

• Maintain lab cleanliness and ensure strict adherence to safety policies.

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fragrance compounding lab or similar setting.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in an environment with continuous exposure to fragrance and raw material scents.

• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
