ALDAR is currently hiring a Senior Associate – Investment Management to support its asset management and investment operations. This role, open exclusively for Emiratis (Emiratization only), is based in Abu Dhabi and offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to acquisition initiatives, financial modeling, and the management of joint ventures and subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or related fields, with strong analytical and financial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisitions:

• Support the asset management investment process from sourcing to execution

• Research and analyze acquisition opportunities, including financial performance and market conditions

• Contribute to due diligence and coordinate with legal, commercial, and external advisors

• Assist in drafting agreements, structuring deals, and preparing acquisition presentations and financial impact reports

• Maintain records and coordinate with banks, valuers, brokers, and legal teams throughout the acquisition process

JV/Subsidiary Management:

• Assist in defining strategic and financial metrics for JVs and subsidiaries

• Contribute to the development of 5-year business plans, risk registers, and performance frameworks

• Support the implementation of financial reporting systems and the enhancement of reporting packs

• Monitor and report on business performance of Aldar’s JVs and subsidiaries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Accounting

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking, or related areas

• Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise

• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills

• Ability to analyze documentation such as NDAs, MoUs, SPAs, and LoIs

• Strong skills in preparing investment memoranda and Board-level presentations
