In this role, you will support the daily golf operations at various touchpoints, including bag drop, driving range, cart barn, and tournament setup. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests, assist with bag handling and club cleaning.

• Maintain orderly and clean golf cart staging and storage areas.

• Prepare carts for play according to Trump/DAMAC standards.

• Assist in tournament preparation, guest flow, and range setup.

• Monitor and log pace of play; communicate course policies to players.

• Maintain accurate records of rentals and clean rental clubs post-use.

• Support F&B and clubhouse operations as needed.

• Practice safe work habits and ensure a premium guest experience at all times.

🔹 Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ customer service experience, preferably in golf operations in the Middle East.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Friendly, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and assist in various tasks.

• Regular, reliable attendance is a must.
