VT Markets MENA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in operations or customer support within the Forex or financial services sector. However, recent graduates with a strong academic background and a passion for financial markets are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily operations, supporting client services, maintaining records, and contributing to strategic market research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt and professional customer support via email, phone, and live chat

• Assist with KYC verification, client onboarding, and account activation

• Perform daily operational tasks including CRM updates and transaction monitoring

• Generate and maintain internal operational and performance reports

• Conduct market research and basic competitor analysis

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency

• Identify and escalate unresolved issues or process inefficiencies to management

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations or customer support (Forex or financial services preferred)

• Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and industry interest are welcome

• Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM systems or trading platforms is advantageous

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment

• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset
