This full-time, on-site position is ideal for driven professionals who bring proven expertise in food & beverage sales within the luxury hotel industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze local market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities

• Lead key account management to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction

• Build and maintain relationships with senior leisure and corporate clients

• Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and trade shows

• Collaborate on tactical campaigns to develop new market segments

• Create and execute business development strategies to meet sales goals

• Report regularly on sales activities, leads, and results

• Coordinate with DMCs and international operators to grow inbound markets

• Participate in revenue meetings and contribute to pricing strategies

• Prepare compelling sales proposals and grow client accounts

Job Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in luxury hotel F&B or event sales

• Strong industry network within corporate, leisure, and luxury travel sectors

• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Creative, results-driven, and detail-oriented with a proactive approach

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
