Capital Western Real Estate is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our expanding team in Dubai. In this client-facing role, you will leverage your market expertise to assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai’s dynamic real estate landscape. Your passion for property, strong sales acumen, and commitment to exceptional service will be key in helping clients achieve their investment and lifestyle goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings with professionalism and market insight.

• Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and lead generation.

• Promote property listings through digital platforms, CRM tools, and marketing campaigns.

• Negotiate deals, draft agreements, and ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations.

• Stay informed on current market trends, pricing, and legal requirements to advise clients effectively.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout all phases of the real estate transaction.

• Collaborate with fellow agents and support staff to meet team and individual sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy, preferably in Dubai.

• Deep understanding of the UAE property market, laws, and industry standards.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in real estate software, CRM platforms, and property listing portals.

• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

• Real estate certification or RERA license is an advantage.
