Kinetic Business Solutions is hiring a Technical Engineer on behalf of a leading Electrical Manufacturing company in Dubai. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, collaborating with consultants, conducting technical training, and supporting sales initiatives. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities via market research and stakeholder engagement

• Collaborate with consultants to gain vendor list approvals and review specification sheets

• Organize and coordinate technical training sessions to promote product awareness

• Provide ongoing technical support for the sales team on active projects

• Maintain and regularly update the customer database

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Specifications Engineer in the Electrical Manufacturing sector

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and related industry standards

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

• Must be available for in-person interviews in Dubai
