A prominent Event Services Company based in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Project Manager – Exhibition Stand Build for a temporary, on-site role, starting immediately until mid-May 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact exhibition stand projects affiliated with a premier exhibition venue in the region.

The role involves full ownership of exhibition stand execution, from planning and coordination to installation and dismantling, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete operational delivery of exhibition stand builds

• Serve as the main client liaison for project execution

• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirements

• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and pre-production logistics

• Lead on-site installation, monitor progress, and ensure project goals are met

• Review and manage stand design proposals and layouts

• Supervise construction crews, enforce safety standards, and manage risk assessments

• Maintain strict timelines, cost control, and quality assurance

• Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines for all internal and external stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in project management within the exhibitions or events industry

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• In-depth knowledge of stand logistics, construction timelines, and vendor handling

• Calm under pressure with strong on-site problem-solving abilities

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

• Available for immediate start and flexible working hours throughout the event period
