Towers Rotana, a premier hotel in Dubai, is looking for a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead its engineering and maintenance operations. This full-time, on-site role requires a motivated individual who can maintain the physical plant and all engineering facilities while delivering exceptional service standards to hotel guests.

As an Engineering Manager, you will report to the Chief Engineer/Director of Engineering and be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Your leadership will play a critical role in ensuring hotel operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all hotel equipment and systems

• Supervise in-house maintenance team and external contractors for mechanical and electrical works

• Prepare specifications for technical projects in compliance with local regulations

• Prioritize and manage ongoing engineering and maintenance initiatives

• Liaise with local government authorities as required for compliance and inspection

• Oversee and report issues in life safety systems and ensure timely corrective actions

• Support health and safety compliance across all technical operations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory engineering role within the hospitality industry

• Strong problem-solving and fault-diagnosis skills

• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
