Bacardi is hiring a Finance Analyst – Business Performance (Middle East and Africa) for a 12-month contract based in Dubai. This role is pivotal in delivering strategic, data-driven insights to support commercial performance and financial forecasting across MEA markets. The selected candidate will work closely with regional leadership, commercial teams, and finance directors to enhance planning accuracy, monitor KPIs, and optimize business decisions through robust data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for MEA business performance, partnering with senior leadership and commercial teams

• Deliver forward-looking analysis and insights aligned with commercial strategies and market trends

• Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and performance monitoring

• Lead the preparation and analysis for business reviews, annual planning, and quarterly reviews

• Execute ad-hoc projects and strategic reporting using internal/external data systems

• Promote data-informed decision-making through dashboard development and analytics
