Hyphen Connect, on behalf of one of its ecosystem cryptocurrency exchange projects, is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Custody). This is a full-time remote opportunity ideal for professionals experienced in digital asset products and regulated financial systems. The role requires developing and managing product strategies, executing roadmaps, defining features, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to deliver user-centric solutions in the fast-paced crypto and fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic product roadmap, aligning with business goals and key initiatives

• Define product features and specifications; conduct user research and manage the product backlog

• Engage with customers directly to gather insights and refine user experience

• Prioritize initiatives and make data-driven trade-off decisions

• Conduct market research and analysis to guide product direction

• Represent the team in internal and external cross-functional meetings

• Oversee feature development within the custody product line

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience

• Background in settlement operations is a plus

• Knowledge of digital assets and private key management preferred

• Experience in delivering regulated financial products for institutional clients is advantageous

• Data-driven and user-focused mindset

• Demonstrated success in launching and improving software or financial products

• Strong collaboration and communication skills; team player with humility and curiosity
