Each role requires a strong understanding of drilling and workover operations with a focus on safety, planning, execution, and risk mitigation in HPHT fields.

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role):

• Design and implement drilling and workover programs, particularly for HPHT wells.

• Supervise site operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate with rig crews, service providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless field operations.

• Monitor and report drilling and workover progress, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and schedules.

• Enforce HSE standards and drive continuous improvement in operational safety.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in HPHT drilling and workover operations.

• Strong knowledge of industry safety standards and operational procedures.
