Job Title: Overseas Technical Support Engineer 

Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team, focusing on international installation, commissioning, training, and after-sales service of our advanced equipment, including laser cutting and welding machines. This role involves global travel, hands-on technical work, and customer-facing support to ensure successful project delivery and product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, and acceptance of company products and equipment at international customer sites.

• Provide on-site training and technical support to clients for optimal equipment usage.

• Ensure timely and professional project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Handle troubleshooting and maintenance during the after-sales service period.

• Maintain accurate documentation and customer service records.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and continuously improve service quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

• College degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.

• Basic proficiency in English communication (spoken and written).

• Strong learning ability and hands-on technical skills.

• Experience with laser cutting and laser welding machines is highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel internationally and work on-site as needed.

• Strong teamwork mindset and high level of responsibility.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year
