Role Overview:

We are hiring ambitious and self-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Dubai. You’ll be responsible for managing property sales and rentals, handling client relationships, and navigating Dubai’s vibrant real estate market with confidence.

This opportunity is ideal for agents ready to work independently while gaining full support from a top-performing brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings, home tours, and open houses.

  • Source and engage new clients actively through networking and lead platforms.

  • Match clients with suitable properties based on their preferences and budget.

  • Negotiate rental and sales agreements and close successful deals.

  • Advise clients on current market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.

  • Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, launches, and developer offerings.

  • Perform comparative market analyses to accurately assess property values.

  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, banks, and mortgage advisors.

  • Acquire at least 2 exclusive listings per week and maintain up-to-date property portfolios.

  • Manage daily tasks and leads via our in-house CRM and tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai’s real estate market.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, or Mandarin is a plus.

  • Proven background in customer service and property sales.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • UAE driving license and personal vehicle are advantageous.
