Talabat is looking for a customer-centric, self-starting, and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of its incentives product strategy. The role involves owning and enhancing key features and processes to optimize Talabat’s incentives logic and experience. This includes driving a product-led roadmap, collaborating across teams, and using data-driven decision-making to enhance user experience and optimize incentive offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Own Talabat’s incentives roadmap, balancing customer needs and business goals.

• Product Development: Drive innovation in incentive structures and loyalty features to enhance engagement and value.

• End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from discovery and ideation to delivery, rollout, and optimization.

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data) to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead product discovery and optimize products based on data analysis and experimentation.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure strategic alignment across stakeholders, including marketing, commercial, and operations teams.

• OKRs Ownership: Define and own OKRs for your squad, using them to drive focus and accountability.

• Mentorship: Provide leadership and guidance to junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and ownership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management, particularly with data-led products, incentives, or loyalty programs.

• Proven success in launching impactful products and driving business growth in high-growth, cross-functional environments (e-commerce, food delivery, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

• Experience with Agile product management and tools like Jira.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience mentoring product managers.

• Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or retail industries is a plus.
