NOV is seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead and manage engineering projects across EPC, process treatment systems, and mechanical domains. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from concept to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and technical specifications. Candidates must have over 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas and strong leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering efforts in mechanical, process, and E&I disciplines

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors on engineering matters

• Approve drawings, specifications, and technical documents

• Attend design and model reviews, monitor budget/resource deployment

• Manage procurement-related tasks and change proposals

• Supervise and mentor junior engineers, ensuring knowledge transfer

• Act as the main technical contact for engineering execution

• Maintain compliance with HSEQ standards and company processes

• Collaborate with Project Managers to address technical challenges

• Evaluate client feedback for contractual scope considerations

Required Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• 15+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry (brownfield & greenfield projects)

• Proven expertise in managing 3rd parties and EPC environments

• Strong exposure to process technology and mechanical equipment design

• Experience with materials like CS, LTCS, SS, LAS, HAS, NACE MR0175, etc.

• Familiarity with high-risk applications (e.g., hydrogen, sea water, cryogenic)

• High-level interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

• Proficiency in engineering standards, codes, and design procedures

• Willingness to travel 10–20% internationally for project follow-ups
