Bvlgari, the iconic luxury brand, is hiring a Client Engagement & Experience Manager for its Dubai Mall store. This full-time, on-site role focuses on enhancing the customer journey and developing customized clienteling strategies that elevate engagement, retention, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will drive innovation and performance by partnering with the store team and head office to deliver world-class luxury experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong client relationships during in-store visits

• Define and implement clienteling strategies to improve retention, cross-selling, and client recruitment

• Monitor and enhance client-centric practices in collaboration with the Store Director

• Track clienteling KPIs, analyze data, and coordinate improvement action plans

• Organize and execute in-store activations, events, and client treatments

• Guide and support Client Advisors in personalized outreach and daily client interactions

• Collaborate with corporate teams to develop tailored client experiences

• Foster a luxury lifestyle experience aligned with the Bvlgari brand

Candidate Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Strong project management and analytical capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience with CRM systems such as SAP CRM, Oracle, SQL Server, and database tools
