Job Description:

We are a rapidly expanding network of rehabilitation clinics across the UAE, and we’re looking for a PR & Communications Specialist to join our dynamic Dubai-based team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our public image, driving brand visibility, and managing communications as we grow across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the brand’s reputation across media outlets and social platforms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals, bloggers, and influencers.

• Identify and secure media coverage opportunities, interviews, and brand features.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support and execute the overall communication and brand strategy.

• Craft engaging content and stories that enhance our public presence in the healthcare space.

• Stay up to date on local media trends and proactively position the brand accordingly.

We’re seeking a proactive, well-connected communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about storytelling, branding, and strategic communications within the healthcare sector.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in PR, communications, or brand management.

• Strong network of media and influencers within the UAE (especially Dubai).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Deep understanding of the local media landscape and audience behaviors.

• Highly organized, independent, and driven to create impact.
