This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates with a background in business strategy, consulting, analytics, or project management within fast-paced environments such as e-commerce or tech.

In this strategic and analytical position, you’ll support and lead cross-functional projects, deliver data-driven insights, and help drive operational excellence, innovation, and business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Support development and execution of strategic plans and business initiatives

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend evaluations

• Build reporting infrastructure to support process automation and optimization

• Lead cross-functional collaborations and ensure alignment of business strategies

• Prioritize and assess strategic initiatives through financial and operational lenses

• Develop business cases, financial models, and executive presentations

• Monitor progress of key projects, ensuring milestone achievement

• Improve operations through change management, KPI design, and readiness planning

• Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

• Prepare analytical reports and insights for senior leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business strategy, analytics, or project management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field (Master’s is a plus)

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with comfort working across data platforms

• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

• Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude and a drive for innovation
