Nextcare, a prominent health insurance solutions provider under the Allianz Group, is seeking a Project Manager – Electronic Platforms to join its Dubai office on a full-time, hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee digital transitions and regulatory projects related to medical provider management, particularly across electronic post office systems within the GCC and MEA regions.

This role is crucial in aligning electronic claims processing with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and project timelines. The candidate should possess solid project management experience, a strong understanding of medical coding systems (CPT, ICD, ACHI, DRG, E&M), and hands-on expertise in managing regulatory platform transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage transitions and reforms of regulatory e-platforms across GCC and MEA regions

• Lead regulatory projects involving systems like DHPO, Shafafiya, Riayati, NPHEIS, and Damani

• Ensure integration, optimization, and compliance of e-claims systems with local regulations

• Align platform functionality with business goals, pricing structures, and cost strategies

• Oversee code mapping, pricing validations, and ensure cost-neutral electronic claims transitions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMO, Operations, Compliance, and IT

• Attend training sessions and seminars by local regulators to stay informed of legal updates

• Monitor project milestones, mitigate risks, and report progress to senior leadership

• Maintain documentation, ensure adherence to Delegation of Authority Policy (DOAP), and contribute to business continuity efforts

• Provide coding standards training and support on a regional and local level

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

• Certification in medical coding (CPC, CCS, CIC, COC, CCA, HCPCS)

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, especially in electronic claims platforms and regulatory transitions

• In-depth knowledge of CPT, ICD (IM & CM), ACHI, DRG, and E&M coding systems

• Strong understanding of GCC e-platforms and regulatory requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant IT systems

• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage

• Willing and able to travel internationally as needed

• Must be legally authorized to work in the UAE
