Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a skilled Mangalorean Seafood and Non-Vegetarian Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing authentic Mangalorean dishes, with a strong focus on flavorful seafood and traditional non-veg recipes.

Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
Food, accommodation, and visa (if needed) will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Mangalorean seafood and non-veg dishes with consistency and quality.

• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen.

• Assist with daily kitchen operations including food prep, storage, and cleanliness.

• Maintain freshness and taste in all dishes served.

• Follow menu guidelines and deliver food in a timely manner.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience cooking Mangalorean non-vegetarian and seafood dishes.

• Passion for traditional South Indian cuisine.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Candidates with own visa will be prioritized.
