Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive who is enthusiastic, proactive, and driven to help grow our client base and revenue in the UAE. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams to understand our services and represent them effectively to both existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to company revenue by building and nurturing client relationships.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and approach relevant clients and sales prospects.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through strategic outreach and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, client records, and lead tracking.

• Represent the company in a professional manner during in-person and remote client interactions.

• Work with the design, development, and leadership teams to understand product features and craft compelling promotional pitches.

• Strengthen the company’s brand image and market presence through consistent, high-quality client engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the UAE.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to convert leads into clients and meet revenue targets.

• Excellent reporting and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with enthusiasm.

• Knowledge of modern communication tools and client relationship strategies.

• Balance customer satisfaction with company profitability through smart negotiation.
