GMG is seeking an experienced Information Technology Audit Manager to manage and execute IT audit plans within the group. This role involves risk assessment, developing annual audit plans, and overseeing IT audits, focusing on system implementations, IT security, and operational audits. The manager will lead a team of junior auditors and work closely with business units to improve audit effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IT security audits, including network, operating system, and data center security assessments.

• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of IT general computing controls.

• Lead and guide the audit team through audits of systems, applications, and IT processes.

• Perform pre- and post-implementation reviews of IT systems.

• Coordinate with business units and external security experts to perform IT audits.

• Develop tools for data analysis to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.

• Oversee operational audits and special assignments, ensuring optimal team performance and quality reviews.

• Prepare detailed reports and executive summaries for senior management.

• Provide advisory services on new processes and business changes.

• Track the implementation of action plans from audit recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of internal audit experience, preferably in the retail industry, with a strong IT background.

• Skills:

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI.

  • Proficiency in IT governance, audit, and security standards.

  • Experience with SAP, AX Dynamics, and information security best practices.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to conduct investigations and prepare detailed audit reports.
