Unique Properties is seeking a Client Manager specializing in the Secondary Market to provide property investment advice to clients. The role involves market analysis, lead generation, property viewings, and ensuring full compliance with UAE real estate regulations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in secondary sales in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide clients with property investment advice based on market trends and conditions.

Generate leads (buyers/sellers) through cold-calling, advertising, and presentations.

Promote property sales through various channels, including open houses and events.

Ensure accurate listings and compliance with UAE real estate regulations.

Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and sellers.

Perform comparative market analysis and advise on secondary property values.

Handle daily operations using internal CRM tools and manage transaction documentation.

Stay updated on market conditions, advising clients on pricing and mortgage opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing to create new lead generation strategies.

Facilitate negotiations and review contracts to ensure terms are met.

Provide consistent support throughout the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai Secondary Market.

UAE driving license and car is required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with buyers and sellers.

Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.

Self-driven, ambitious, and a trustworthy decision-maker.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Fluent in English (knowledge of Dutch, German, or Russian is a plus).

Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.).
