Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Job Description:

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for education and upskilling? Join KGISL as a Senior Business Development Executive / Team Lead, where you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the UAE’s dynamic training and EdTech sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end business development efforts and grow into a leadership role as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on high-conversion strategies.

  • Identify and approach educational institutions, HR departments, and training partners across the UAE.

  • Pitch professional training programs and EdTech solutions to individuals, corporates, and educational bodies.

  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute outreach campaigns, events, and seminars.

  • Accurately update the CRM system with lead and pipeline data for performance tracking.

  • Represent KGISL at education fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.

  • Support the development and mentorship of junior sales executives (as a Team Lead).

  • Gather feedback and insights from clients to help improve offerings and market positioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of business development or sales experience within the UAE market.

  • Background in EdTech, corporate training, or higher education is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-starter with a target-driven mindset and a high level of professionalism.

  • Familiarity with UAE market culture and local business practices.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting systems.

  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in UAE-based business development roles

  • Location: United Arab Emirates

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma

  • Industry Advantage: EdTech, training, upskilling, or educational services
