Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the complete accounts payable cycle using Microsoft Dynamics (MSD). This role requires strong expertise in AP processes, attention to detail, and a focus on compliance and efficiency within a fully automated workflow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 4–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a high-volume, automated environment

• Strong knowledge of AP principles, accounting procedures, and internal controls

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with experience in pivot tables, data exports, and reconciliations

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable using Microsoft Dynamics (MSD), including invoice processing, approvals, and vendor payments

• Ensure timely and accurate posting of invoices and payments

• Resolve discrepancies, maintaining vendor relationships and policy compliance

• Monitor AP aging reports, ensure timely payments, and follow up on outstanding items

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings including reconciliations and accruals

• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations to ensure smooth workflow

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within MSD

• Adhere to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory standards

• Mentor and guide junior AP team members as needed

Preferred Candidate:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
